Sierra Reed- Pickering

Sierra is a media strategist , business developer, published writer, and executive producer with over 15 years of experience in media. In 2022, as head of podcast and operations, she spearheaded and launched Urban One Inc.’s Podcast Network, which encompassed Radio One, TVOne, and iOne Digital.
Sierra's expertise in strategic creative and business development also includes managing multimillion dollar, award-winning portfolios of nationally syndicated broadcast programs such as This American Life, Snap Judgement, and Latino USA, global brand Red Bull, and Will Packer Media’s audio division. In addition to leading Vision Media, as a trusted voice in the growing podcast industry, she has served 2 years on the Board of Governors’ Executive Committee as Treasurer and Board Member of The Podcast Academy and Ambies Awards.
DeVante Pickering
Co-Founder, Chief Technology officer
DeVante is a Microsoft-certified technology leader with over a decade of experience building innovative solutions across startups and Fortune 50 companies. He began his career developing an EdTech startup in collaboration with his alma-matter, UNCW. Since then, he has contributed to major financial institutions like Wells Fargo (Emeging Talent Program), Barings (MassMutual), and Ally Lending, where he was an early engineer at a fintech startup later acquired by Ally. As Head of Technology at Disctopia, he led the platform’s expansion from music streaming to include podcasts, audiobooks, and video.
Today, as Co-Founder of Pick 2 Solutions and Vision Media, DeVante helps small to mid-sized businesses and public sector entities build custom technology solutions. With expertise in cloud architecture and scalable infrastructure, he continues to drive innovation and digital transformation.
